Buying property – particularly in Sydney’s competitive market – comes with a lot of moving parts. These are some of the most common questions we’re asked by clients at the start of the process:

Which areas do you services?

We operate across Sydney’s blue-chip property markets, with experience acquiring homes in many of the city’s most tightly held and competitive suburbs. We can also assist clients purchasing in select surrounding areas depending on the brief.

What types of properties do you specialise in?

We work across all property types. Whether it’s a family residence, investment, or prestige apartment, our approach is tailored to securing the right asset for each client.

How are your fees structured?

Fees are tailored to each engagement, but typically include an upfront retainer to secure engagement for up to 12 months, along with a success fee payable upon purchase. Depending on client preference, this success component can be structured as either a percentage of the purchase price or a fixed fee. As a boutique business, Jeremy offers flexibility to ensure the structure aligns with your specific needs and circumstances.

Do you work across all price points?

Yes. While many of our clients purchase above $3 million, we work across a range of budgets. If you’re unsure, a quick call with Jeremy is the best place to start.

Do you assist with due diligence and building/pest inspections?

Yes – we guide you through the entire due diligence process. This includes coordinating building and pest inspections, reviewing strata reports (where applicable), and ensuring you have a clear understanding of the property before proceeding.

Can you help with auction bidding?

Absolutely. We manage the full auction process on your behalf – from strategy and price setting through to bidding on the day – ensuring you’re represented with confidence and discipline.

Do you work with interstate or overseas clients?

Yes – a significant portion of our clients are based interstate or overseas. We manage the entire process remotely, providing detailed reporting, video walkthroughs, and end-to-end representation on the ground.

If we don’t secure the property under a negotiation-only engagement, is a fee still payable?

No – if we’re unable to secure the property under a negotiation-only engagement, no fee is payable.

How do you manage confidentiality and discretion?

Confidentiality is a core part of how we operate. We regularly work with clients who require complete discretion, and the entire process – from initial search through to acquisition – can be handled confidentially. Jeremy is highly experienced in managing these situations, ensuring your identity, intentions, and transaction details are protected at every stage.

Is there a limit to how many properties you will inspect or present to us?

No – there is no set limit. We continue to inspect and present opportunities until we secure the right property, ensuring you’re never rushed into a decision.
