I couldn’t recommend Jeremy more highly. As a first-home buyer, I’d been searching for quite some time and had become frustrated after missing out on several properties. A friend recommended Jeremy, and over the next 2-3 months he helped me develop a clear strategy, refine my search criteria, and stay focused on finding the right property in the right location. While the support throughout the entire process was valuable, Jeremy’s expertise really stood out during the negotiation stage. He was calm, measured, and highly strategic, helping me understand how to approach each decision without getting caught up in the emotion that often comes with buying property in a competitive market. As a first home-buyer and after looking for quite some time, I reached out to Jeremy for his assistance to alleviate some of the stressful and time consuming aspects of buying a property. I will recommend Jeremy's services again and again! After losing out at an auction, I was determined to do anything to lock in a property ASAP. As a first home buyer I felt the pressure and the stories of others who have been looking for months, and some even years. I spoke with Jeremy on a Monday evening, showed him the second place I was looking at, and by Thursday in the same week I had a signed contract and done deal of my first home!
